1. Ownership of Customer Code & Data
You retain 100% ownership of your project source code, file structures, uploaded assets, database records, and intellectual property created inside Zentara. Zentara does not claim ownership or licensing rights over your generated software.
2. Data We Collect
When you create an account, join our waiting list, or contact support, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and technical preferences. When you use the studio, we collect workspace telemetry, build logs, and diagnostic audit events strictly necessary to operate your sandboxes and resolve errors.
3. How We Protect and Isolate Data
Each workspace runs in a dedicated, isolated container sandbox. We enforce encrypted communication over TLS, authenticated session tokens, and database isolation. Secrets, database passwords, and API credentials are automatically redacted from all audit and terminal logs.
4. Third-Party Integrations
If you connect external third-party services (such as GitHub, Neon Database, or custom DNS providers), authentication credentials are used strictly for requested operations and are never shared with unauthorized parties or sold to data brokers.
